The Agile Recruiter

 I am a people person, I like talking with people to understand their objectives and their strategies.  I enjoy recruiting for this very reason.   Looking back, my favorite thing to do as a young child was to call someone, anyone, and ask them if their refrigerator was running...thank goodness caller ID had not been invented then as I am sure my parents would not have approved.

For most of my career I have worked with software professionals although I have stepped outside of this realm from time to time to include hardware and firmware folks, R&D and management types among others.

I have worked both as a full time employee and as a contractor.  I have been an in-house recruiter as well as a recruiter for large staffing vendors.  Now, I have started my own company focusing on software development engineers who are interested in improving the process of development methodologies.
